These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Startup Bible (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access
- Authentication: we use a third-party provider (Clerk) to authenticate you.
- Accuracy: you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Security: you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices.
Teams and invitations
You may create teams and invite others. You agree not to send unsolicited invitations or abuse the invitation system. Invitation links may expire and may only be used as intended.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Billing: subscription status and access may change based on payment status and Stripe events.
- Taxes: you are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or violate others' rights
- attempt to access accounts or data you don’t own
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in a way that harms others or our infrastructure
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service as provided.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Clerk, Stripe, Resend). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or our operations.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
